Customer Research & journey maps

We worked with a regional pet ecommerce service to define and create four unique customer journeys for their core business to increase engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.

 

MY ROLE: Designer and Strategist

This was an 8 week engagement which involved:

  • Review of existing customer research

  • Research planning and recruiting

  • Interviews with 6-8 pet owners to validate research and gain deeper insights

  • An insight report as an outcome of user interviews

  • Refinement of customer personas

  • Synthesis and development of customer journeys

  • Workshop to define opportunities for the core business based on customer journeys
