We worked with a regional pet ecommerce service to define and create four unique customer journeys for their core business to increase engagement, satisfaction, and conversion.
MY ROLE: Designer and Strategist
This was an 8 week engagement which involved:
Review of existing customer research
Research planning and recruiting
Interviews with 6-8 pet owners to validate research and gain deeper insights
An insight report as an outcome of user interviews
Refinement of customer personas
Synthesis and development of customer journeys
Workshop to define opportunities for the core business based on customer journeys
